The most asked question is where do you get all your ideas for cards? - The answer: from people like yourself who need a specific card for an occasion - my answer to that is always: I aim is to please the customer!
What is the best way to contact you with a question? Either by email: greetings@kalicokards.com or by phone: 610-799-4571. I check my email box regularly and if I'm not available by telephone, just leave me a number or a message and I'll get back to you within a few hours.
Is there a best time for ordering? Anytime is the best time to order Kalico Kards - most card orders can be filled within 24 hours and sent out by first class mail and received within 3-4 days.!
How soon can I expect to receive my cards? In PA- 2 days, anywhere else in the USA, within 3- 4 days.
Can I have my own special words printed in a card? Special orders of cards are welcomed! Telephone (610-799-4571) or email: greetings@kalicokards.com No reasonable request is too large or small ! There may be an extra charge involved with larger requests however.
Can I switch the message or the design of one card with another? You certainly can! Just email me at greetings@kalicokards.com after placing your order and be specific about your request(s) - adding catalog numbers and names of cards!
I need a card but don't see one that fits that need? Telephone me to discuss it! I am available by phone usually in the late afternoons or you can email me anytime.
Who is Paypal? Paypal is our merchant account for receiving payment for your purchases. You can use your credit or debit cards with paypal securely. Your info is seen only by your credit card company or bank.
Must I have an account with Paypal? You do not have to have an account with Paypal - your cards go directly to your credit card company or bank!
Is my payment secure? Your credit card or debit card information is not viewed by anyone except your credit card company or bank!
How do I use the gift voucher I received? After placing your order, add the voucher code to the space provided and the amount will be automatically deducted from your total purchase.
Will you accept a check or money order for payment? Checks and money orders inside the USA are acceptable -however you should contact us for mailing instructions. Please note: your order will not be shipped until your check or money order clears your bank!
