The most asked question is where do you get all your ideas for cards? - The answer is - from individuals like yourself who need a specific card for a particular occasion! I always aim is to please my customers!
What is the best way to contact you with a question? Either by email: greetings@kalicokards.com or by phone: 610-799-3154. I check my email box twice a day. If I'm not available by phone, leave your name and number and a brief message - I'll return your call within a few hours.
Is there a best time for ordering? Anytime is the best time to order Kalico Kards - most card orders are filled within 24 hours and shipped first class mail to be received within 3-4 days!
I placed an order but it didn't go through? There's a box at the bottom of the shopping cart page after you fill in your info - make sure you click on it to place your order.
How soon can I expect to receive my cards? In PA- 2 days, anywhere else in the USA, within 3- 4 days.
Can I have my own special words printed in a card? Special orders of cards are welcomed! Telephone (610-799-3154) or email: greetings@kalicokards.com No reasonable request is too large or small ! (There may be an extra charge involved with larger requests however.)
Can I switch the message or the design of one card with another? You certainly can! Add a message to the shopping cart or email me at greetings@kalicokards.com after placing your order and be specific about your request(s) - add your name, card name and catalog number and name to be handprinted on the card front or inside.
I need a card but don't see one that fits that need? Telephone me ! I am available by phone usually in the late afternoons or email me and post your phone number and I'll call you or email you if there's a question..
Who is Paypal? Paypal is our merchant account for receiving your payment for purchases. You can use your credit or debit cards with paypal securely. Your info is seen only by your credit card company or bank.
Must I have an account with Paypal? You do not have to have an account with Paypal - your cards go directly to your credit card company or bank!
Is my payment secure? Your credit card or debit card information is not viewed by anyone except your credit card company or bank - our shopping cart is on a secure site (see lock in the right hand corner of it).
How do I use the gift voucher I received? After placing your order, add the voucher code to the space provided and the amount will be automatically deducted from your total purchase.
Will you accept a check or money order for payment? Checks and money orders inside the USA are acceptable -however you should contact us for mailing instructions. Please note: your order will not be shipped until your check or money order clears the bank!
